A Vision Quest for Men and Women

The Vision Quest is a short retreat for those seeking to re-evaluate and re-energise their daily lives. By being completely removed from the business and distraction of familiar life, the mind becomes still. This allows a deeper relationship with oneself through the influence and support of the natural world. Over a few days and nights, the solitary exile will quieten and begin to listen to his or her own inner wisdom. Greater clarity of thought and purpose can lead to a new creativity for integration into one's daily round. There is full support throughout, including guidance beforehand and an opportunity for feedback and integration on the last day.
